Terms of Service

Last updated October 23, 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use the Group Practice Blueprint course, its templates, live sessions and related materials (the "Course") from Sharp Networks Group LLC ("Sharp Networks," "we," "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

1. Educational content only

The Course is general education based on real practice operations. It is not legal, tax, accounting, billing-compliance or clinical advice, and it does not create an attorney-client, consultant-client or any other professional relationship. Laws, licensing rules, scope-of-practice rules and payer policies vary by state and change often. Confirm entity, tax, licensure, contract, coding and compliance decisions with a qualified attorney, CPA or other professional in your state. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

2. Templates

Templates (including the Patient Intake, Consent & Practice Policies kit) are educational starting points. They are not legal documents ready for use. Have them reviewed by a healthcare attorney licensed in each state where you practice before using them with patients. We make no promise that any template meets the requirements of your state, payer or situation.

3. Purchases and payment

4. Access and delivery

Founding Member modules are released weekly starting with the cohort start date announced on the sales page. Live Q&A sessions run during the cohort and may be recorded. Your purchase includes lifetime access to the Course for as long as we offer it, including future updates. If we ever stop offering the Course, we will give at least 60 days' notice so you can download the materials.

If the cohort start date changes, we will tell you by email. If the cohort is cancelled, every payment is refunded in full.

5. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Course for your own practice. You may adapt the templates and SOPs for internal use in practices you own or manage, and you may share Course lessons with your own staff for training. You may not resell, republish, share login access outside your practice, or use the materials to create a competing course or product.

6. Your account

Keep your login details private. One purchase covers one person, plus one assistant for VIP members. We may suspend access if an account is shared outside these terms.

7. Confidentiality during live sessions

Do not share patient names or any protected health information (PHI) during live sessions, in community spaces or in questions you send us. Describe situations in general terms.

8. Results

Examples and case studies describe specific practices and are not typical or guaranteed results. Your outcomes depend on your market, payers, effort and many factors outside our control.

9. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

The Course is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sharp Networks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue, denied claims or penalties, arising from use of the Course. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes do not affect purchases already made. Questions: contact@sharpnetgroup.com, Sharp Networks Group LLC, 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901.
