For therapists & PMHNPs in the US

Build a group practice that runs without you in every session.

The Group Practice Blueprint walks you from forming the entity to signing payer contracts, billing clean claims, and hiring an assistant you can trust with the keys. Taught by the team that runs revenue cycle for mental health practices every day.

What you'll walk away with

  • ✓A group entity set up the way payers expect
  • ✓A credentialing and contracting plan by payer
  • ✓A billing workflow that cuts denials
  • ✓An assistant job description, scorecard and SOPs
  • ✓An access and HIPAA checklist for every hire

Who this is for

Solo therapists

LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs and psychologists with a full caseload who are ready to stop trading every hour for a session.

PMHNPs

Psychiatric nurse practitioners who want to build a med-management practice and bill E/M plus psychotherapy add-ons correctly.

New group owners

Owners who already hired a clinician or two and are drowning in credentialing, claims and admin work.

The owner mindset

Your hour is worth more than your assistant's.

Every hour you spend on hold with a payer or chasing a claim is an hour you are not seeing patients, leading clinicians or growing the practice. Once the business brings someone in, hiring and delegating almost always wins. The hard part is choosing who to trust, because they will see patient records, payer portals and your bank account. The course shows you how to do both.

Quick math: what admin really costs you

Yearly value of handing that work off

$67,600

(Your rate − assistant rate) × hours × 52 weeks, if you fill freed hours with sessions.

Questions

Is this only for therapists who already have a practice?+

No. Module 2 starts from zero. If you already run a solo practice, you can jump straight to credentialing, billing and hiring.

Does it cover PMHNP billing?+

Yes. The billing module covers E/M visits with psychotherapy add-on codes, and the clinician module covers supervision and collaboration requirements, which vary by state.

Is this legal or tax advice?+

No. The course is education based on real practice operations. Entity, tax and state-licensure decisions should be confirmed with your attorney and CPA.

Can my assistant take the course too?+

The billing, credentialing and SOP lessons are written so you can hand them to your assistant as training material.
