Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Sharp Networks Group LLC ("Sharp Networks," "we," "us") collects through academy.sharpnetgroup.com and the Group Practice Blueprint course, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

• Waitlist and contact forms: your name, email address and the role you select (for example, therapist or PMHNP).
• Purchases: your name, email, billing address and the answers you give at checkout. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Course use: which lessons you open, live sessions you attend and questions you send us.
• Website analytics: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, collected through Google Analytics cookies.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, patient information or any protected health information (PHI).

2. How we use it

• To deliver the Course, process payments and refunds, and give you access.
• To send you launch news, lessons and updates you signed up for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To understand how the site and Course are used so we can improve them.
• To keep records required for taxes, accounting and resolving payment disputes.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Course, and only what they need:

• Stripe for payments.
• Email and form providers (such as EmailJS and our email marketing platform) to receive form submissions and send emails.
• Course hosting and video platforms to deliver lessons.
• Google Analytics for site statistics.

Information is shared over encrypted connections (HTTPS) or through these providers' secure systems. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights in a legal dispute.

4. How we protect it

We use HTTPS across the site, rely on providers with industry-standard security (Stripe is PCI DSS certified), limit access to staff who need it, and use individual logins with two-factor authentication on the accounts that hold your data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and purchase records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (generally 7 years).

6. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@sharpnetgroup.com. Depending on your state (for example, California), you may have additional rights; we will honor them as required by law. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

7. Children

The Course is for licensed professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
